Stratford-on-Avon District Council is undertaking a further six-week public consultation on parts of the draft Stratford-on-Avon District Development Requirements Supplementary Planning Document (SPD).
The document is one of a number of SPDs that accompanies the Core Strategy, and it provides detailed advice and guidance to applicants when submitting planning applications. When finished (adopted), it will be used by the District Council to help reach decisions on whether to approve or refuse planning applications.
In response to previous consultations, the District Council has revised three existing sections and produced two new sections.
The consultation document covers these five topics on which you can comment:
The consultation runs from Friday 1 February to 5pm on Friday 15 March 2019.
The consultation document can be viewed on the District Council's website at www.stratford.gov.uk/devreq-spd.
It is also available to inspect at the District Council offices - Elizabeth House, Church Street, Stratford-upon-Avon CV37 6HX and at public libraries across the District.
Copies of the document can be obtained from the District Council.
The District Council is also hosting two drop-in days when Officers will be available to answer questions and provide more information.

What happens next?
The comments submitted during the consultation period will be assessed and the SPD will be amended as appropriate prior to its adoption by the District Council.
Comments must be received by the District Council by 5pm on Friday 15 March 2019.
