Bishop's Itchington Neighbourhood Plan Referendum Result

On Thursday 19 January, Stratford-on-Avon District Council held its 24th neighbourhood plan referendum.

Voters in Bishop's Itchington went to the polls to respond to the question:

"Do you want Stratford-on-Avon District Council to use the Neighbourhood Plan for Bishop's Itchington to help decide planning applications in the neighbourhood area?"

The results were as follows:

The number of votes cast in favour of YES was 274
The number of votes cast in favour of NO was 40

Total number of ballot papers issued was 314

The turnout was 14.12%
electorate: 2,223
