There's plenty of free fun at Stratford-on-Avon District Council's National Play Day 2017 event on Wednesday 2 August.
There's a climbing wall for the more adventurous, circus skills for those with a hidden talent and a large inflatable for the youngsters, or maybe sit back and enjoy the puppet show - all on Stratford Recreation Ground as part of the national day for play.
The FREE event runs from 10am to 3pm at the Stratford Bandstand on the Rec Ground and there's something for all the family.
Cllr Mike Brain, Community and Technical Services Portfolio says: "I love this annual event and look forward to visiting again this year and seeing so many families enjoy themselves for free as they've done in previous years. Anyone who's been before knows what a super event this is, especially with families looking to keep children occupied over the summer holidays. Let's hope the sun shines!"
This year National Play Day is celebrating its 30th Birthday, remembering children's right to play and highlighting the importance of play in children's lives.
