Notice is hereby given that an application has been made to the Stratford on Avon District Council for Planning Permission for development which affects the character or appearance of a Conservation Area or development which affects the setting of a Listed Building and/or Listed Building Consent/Conservation Area Consent in respect of the applications scheduled below:

Car port is fully separate from our Grade II listed home and the garage doors would not be visible from the home.The existing car port was constructed in 2001 of concrete breeze block, brick facing and tiled roof construction with timber access frame. There are three other existing double car ports belonging to neighbours which are adjoined to each other but separate from and at right angles in orientation to our car port (neighbours are roughly west facing, ours is roughly north facing).
