THE PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS & CONSERVATION AREAS) ACT 1990 (LBAD1)

Notice is hereby given that application has been made to the Stratford-on-Avon District Council for Planning Permission for development which affects the character or appearance of a Conservation Area or development which affects the setting of a Listed Building and/or Listed Building Consent/Conservation Area Consent in respect of the applications scheduled below

Conditions(s) Removal:

The condition is a pre-development condition

We would like to apply to have the wording of this condition amended so as it becomes a pre-commencement of trading condition rather than pre-development as it is currently worded. The reason being that the information required to discharge the condition will be supplied by the restaurant operators and this will not be available until the landlord has completed the conversion of the centre.

Notwithstanding the details of the submitted plans, the development hereby approved shall not be occupied prior to submission to, and approval by, the Local Planning Authority of a scheme detailing all plant, machinery, chimneys, flues, ducting, filters or extraction vents to be used in connection with the uses hereby approved. The submitted scheme shall ensure that plant, machinery, chimneys, flues, ducting, filters or extraction vents, shall not be installed on building elevations or roof slopes facing onto Wood Street, Cook's Alley or Henley Street, and that when installed elsewhere, shall be positioned so as to reduce visual harm or loss of amenity.  Such equipment shall be enclosed with sound-Insulating material and/or mounted in a way that will minimize transmission of sound and vibration where appropriate.
