The development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated

16/03235/VARY Variation of Condition 1 of permission reference 12/00216/VARY (varied on Appeal under reference APP/J3720/A/12/21805707) by deleting reference to time limited period of two years and  removal of Condition 2 of 12/00216/VARY which requires the use to cease and land restored upon the expiry of the temporary permission. Thereby seeking permanent planning permission in respect of 'Change of use of the land for a residential gypsy site, limited to three mobile homes, three touring caravans, together with ancillary buildings' originally granted planning permission for a temporary period under 09/01296/FUL at Land Off Poolhead Lane Poolhead Lane Tanworth-in-Arden for Mrs Ann Buckland

In the event of an appeal being lodged against a refusal of a householder application, any representations made about the application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no opportunity to comment at the appeal stage.
