Notice is hereby given that the Stratford-on-Avon District Council has made a Direction under Article 4(1) of the above order in respect of Land at Wellesbourne Airfield.

The Direction removes permitted development rights in respect of any building operation consisting of the demolition of a building (Part 11, Class B).

Comments or representations on any of the applications listed above should be forwarded to me at the address below within 21 days of the date of publication of this notice. In the event of an appeal being lodged against a refusal of a householder application, any representations made about the application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no opportunity to comment at the appeal stage.
