STRATFORD-ON-AVON DISTRICT COUNCIL PUBLIC NOTICES  

THE PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS & CONSERVATION AREAS) ACT 1990 (LBAD1)  

Notice is hereby given that application has been made to Stratford-on-Avon District Council for Planning Permission for development which affects the character or appearance of a Conservation Area or development which affects the setting of a Listed Building and/or Listed Building Consent/Conservation Area Consent in respect of the applications scheduled below:

  • 18/03180/FUL Proposals to  relocate the main staircase to the non-historic part of the property. Introduce an extended first floor landing to give separate access to the second floor bedroom. Alterations and additions to the existing kitchen extension involving the bricking up of an existing north window and door opening. Replacement of the existing kitchen window and skylight and roof. The addition of a new rear utility room and toilet. Replacement of 2 non-historic timber windows to the rear west first floor, and replacement of the landing window to a fire escape window. Replacement of the existing large rear side window to the ground floor. Remedial repairs to the lower brickwork to the front east elevation. Associated external redecorations. Removal of existing timber shutters. Provisional permission to replace existing plastic rainwater goods with aluminium gutters and downpipes. Notice is hereby given that application has been made to Stratford-on-Avon District Council for Planning Permission in respect of the applications scheduled below:

  • 18/03505/TPO - T1 cedar - Reduce height by approximately 2 metres to previous pruning points and spread by approximately 2-3 metres to property boundaries at 168A Banbury Road, Stratford-upon-Avon, CV37 7HX for Mr William Scarff
