THE PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS & CONSERVATION AREAS) ACT 1990 (LBAD1)  

Notice is hereby given that application has been made to Stratford-on-Avon District Council for Planning Permission for development which affects the character or appearance of a Conservation Area or development which affects the setting of a Listed Building and/or Listed Building Consent/Conservation Area Consent in respect of the applications scheduled below:

  • 19/02677/LBC Change of use of Old Rectory Cottage annex to allow a mixed use as ancillary accommodation and tourist accommodation at Old Rectory Cottage,  Kitebrook Road, Barton-on-the-Heath, GL56 0PH  for Mr G Bastable  
  • 19/02901/FUL Partial demolition and proposed one storey extension to rear, alterations to roof and elevations, external kitchen extract and other associated development at Black Swan, 23 High Street, Henley-in-Arden, B95 5AA  for Mr Robert Hooper  
  • 19/02987/LBC Removal of existing bricks from 2no. structurally unsound brick panels, each approx 1.5m x 1.0m, from end elevation of converted stable block.  Sound bricks are to be cleaned, and re-used for the reconstruction of the masonry panel which is to be in the same style as the adjacent existing panels.  The mortar is to be of hydraulic lime at Ladbroke Hall, Flat 20, Church Road, Ladbroke, CV47 2DF for Mr Colin Booth

The development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated:

In the event of an appeal being lodged against a refusal of a householder application, any representations made about the application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no opportunity to comment at the appeal stage.
