STRATFORD-ON-AVON DISTRICT COUNCIL PUBLIC NOTICES  

THE PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS & CONSERVATION AREAS) ACT 1990 (LBAD1)  

Notice is hereby given that application has been made to Stratford-on-Avon District Council for Planning Permission for development which affects the character or appearance of a Conservation Area or development which affects the setting of a Listed Building and/or Listed Building Consent/Conservation Area Consent in respect of the applications scheduled below:

• 20/01001/FUL Raising garage roof to provide office at first floor level at Nightingale Cottage, Wood Lane, Cherington, Shipston-on-Stour, CV36 5HY for Mr and Mrs S Golton  
• 20/01002/LBC Removal of internal partition within dwelling. Raising garage roof to provide office at first floor level at Nightingale Cottage, Wood Lane, Cherington, Shipston-on-Stour, CV36 5HY for Mr and Mrs S Golton  
• 20/00236/FUL 1. Replace existing entrance gate posts and the fences from them to the road.  Like-for-like. Increase width of gateway by 300mm. Replace existing 5-bar gate with new hardwood 5-bar gate. 2. Re-instate central pier to garage doorway and replace single up-and-over door with two roller doors. 3. Replace gravel drive with block paving. 4. Replace house windows with double-glazed units, retaining existing frames at Keepers Cottage, Alne Hills, Great Alne, B49 6JU  for Mr Peter Edwards

• 20/00782/FUL Change of use former coach house from deer larder to biomass boiler house and underground heat network to the Main House, Stable Block, Cafe and Orangery at Charlecote Park, Church Road, Charlecote, CV35 9ER  for Mr Gary Hearn  
• 20/01053/OUT Outline application with all matters reserved except for access and scale for the erection of 2 dwellings and associated works at Well Cottage, The Green, Snitterfield, Stratford-upon-Avon, CV37 0JF for Mr Peter Morlidge  
• 20/01098/FUL Demolition of existing side extension and construction of new side extension including new terrace.  New boundary wall to front and part side at 8 St Gregorys Road, Stratford-upon-Avon, CV37 6UH for Mr and Mrs Chan  
• 20/00783/LBC Change of use former coach house from deer larder to biomass boiler house and underground heat network to the main house, stable block, cafe and orangery at Charlecote Park, Church Road, Charlecote, CV35 9ER  for Mr Gary Hearn

Comments or representations on any of the applications listed above should be forwarded to the address below within 21 days of the date of publication of this notice. Please note that all comments received will be a matter of public record and will be made available for public inspection and will also be published on the council's website.  

In the event of an appeal being lodged against a refusal of a householder application, any representations made about the application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no opportunity to comment at the appeal stage.
