THE PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS & CONSERVATION AREAS) ACT 1990 (LBAD1)
Notice is hereby given that application has been made to Stratford-on-Avon District Council for Planning Permission for development which affects the character or appearance of a Conservation Area or development which affects the setting of a Listed Building and/or Listed Building Consent/Conservation Area Consent in respect of the applications scheduled below:
- 20/01218/VLBC Variation of condition 2 of listed building consent 19/02425/LBC for internal alterations at The Woodlands, The Rookery, Alveston, CV37 7QR for Mr Peter Deaner
- 20/00997/LBC The proposed works comprise of constructing a stone faced retaining wall to secure the higher school playground (within the school boundary) to widen the hazardous pedestrian footpath. The stone faced retaining wall will return up the driveway as indicated on plan.
