Refuse and recycling collection service update - 28 December 2020
Collection rounds took place today, but due to the weather conditions the following areas were not collected:
Crews will collect tomorrow, so residents are advised to leave their bins out for collection.
We are sorry for any disruption to the service and hope that you can bear with us at this time during these adverse weather conditions. We would like to give assurance that the District Council and our contractor Biffa will endeavour to maintain waste collection services whenever possible, in line with our adverse weather arrangements and duty of care.
If your bin has still not been collected tomorrow, you can report this using our online report-it form.
