THE PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS & CONSERVATION AREAS) ACT 1990 (LBAD1)  

Notice is hereby given that application has been made to Stratford-on-Avon District Council for Planning Permission for development which affects the character or appearance of a Conservation Area or development which affects the setting of a Listed Building and/or Listed Building Consent/Conservation Area Consent in respect of the applications scheduled below:

  • 20/03260/FUL Proposed conversion of integral garage, minor internal alterations, new roof lights, new dry-stone wall and provision of new carport with garden store and log store at Knights Place, Whichford, Shipston-on-Stour, CV36 5PG for Mr and Mrs T Amory

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (TREE PRESERVATION) (ENGLAND) REGULATIONS 2012 (TPO)

Notice is hereby given that application has been made to the Stratford-on-Avon District Council for Planning Permission in respect of the applications scheduled below:

  • 20/03599/TPO
    • T2 - wild cherry - Raise crown to 2.3metres over pavement, building and adjacent driveway. Remove deadwood
    • T3 - common lime - Remove moderate deadwood and hanging branch. Reduce branch at c. 2m south east by 2-3m to contain dominance. Raise crown to 2.3m over adjacent driveway.
    • T15 - sycamore - Raise the west crown by 2m (reducing west spread by default) and reduce the then lowest branches by 1-2m (but only if required to balance crown). Prune 0.5m clearance around cables but maintain a lesser distance in preference to creating wounds above 75mm.
    • T19 - weeping willow
      Remove at The Village Green, Whichford for Mr Tom Hamments

In the event of an appeal being lodged against a refusal of a householder application, any representations made about the application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no opportunity to comment at the appeal stage.
