A new Steering Group comprising members and officers from Stratford District Council, Southam Town Council and Warwickshire County Council are spearheading plans commissioned by architects Marson, Rathbone, Taylor.

Members of the community group Vision4Southam will be present on Saturday along with representatives from Stratford on Avon DC and the sculptor Will Glanfield.
