Stratford-on-Avon District Council together with Connexions and Studley Youth Centre are trying to bridge the generation gap with yet another innovative idea to break down the generation barriers.

Following the successful cookery course in Studley, 'Cooking up a storm', which was aimed at older men and young lads, the next groundbreaking proposal is Studley T.W.I.G (Together Walking Intergenerational Group).

The first meeting of this new group is on Monday 18 September at 5.30pm at Studley Youth Centre and everybody of all ages is welcome.

The group will look at different routes through Studley and explore parts they may well have never discovered before.

If you are interested in walking and would like to make new friends then come and join this new walking group in Studley, it is a chance for all ages to come together.

For further information about the new group please contact Joanne Rooke, Community Engagement Worker from Stratford-on-Avon District Council on 01789 260128.
