Xmas refuse collection arrangements

Residents across south Warwickshire are being reminded about the arrangements for rubbish collections over the Christmas period as there will be no collections of refuse or recycling material on Monday 25 December or Tuesday 26 December and Monday 1 January 2007.  

Look below for the day of the week your refuse and recycling is normally collected and the revised collection days for the Bank Holiday will be listed next it.  

• Monday - Wed 27 Dec, Wed 3 Jan and Tues 9 Jan
• Tuesday - Thurs 28 Dec, Thurs 4 Jan and Wed 10 Jan
• Wednesday - Fri 29 Dec, Fri 5 Jan and Thurs 11 Jan
• Thursday - Sat 30 Dec, Sat 6 Jan and Fri 12 Jan
• Friday -  Tues 2 Jan, Mon 8 Jan and Sat 13 Jan

Normal service will resume on Monday 15 January 2007.  

Stratford District is in the top 40 in England with a recycling rate of 38.6% and would like to thank residents for their help in achieving these results  

Remember, you can now recycle your Yellow Pages in your black recycling box and don't forget to have your real Christmas tree composted in the green garden waste service.
