Next week Stratford-on-Avon District Council is participating in National Customer Services Week with a stall being erected in Stratford Town Centre.
The stand will be at the Corn Exchange on the corner of Sheep Street and High Street next Monday and Friday and will provide an array of information regarding the services provided by Stratford-on-Avon District Council.
The stand is to be run by Customer Services Team and welcomes all residents to give any feedback to the Council they wish to make regarding the level of customer service that they have received from the District Council.
In addition to a collection point at Elizabeth House Council offices for toys and books to be distributed to flood affected families, the FLAME bus will be in Studley between 10 - 2pm on Tuesday 2 October with Customer Services Advisors, a member from South Warwickshire Housing Association and a Welfare Officer.
During the week some senior managers, including the Chief Executive, are going to go "back to the floor" in Customer Service areas.
