Result of Bulldog Bash hearing

Members of Stratford-on-Avon District Council's Liquor Licensing and Gambling Panel have spent today, 21 July 2009, considering an application by Warwickshire Police for a summary review of the Premises Licence for the annual Bulldog Bash event under the Licensing Act 2003.
 
Following careful consideration of all matters before it the Panel determined that it did not consider it necessary for the promotion of the licensing objectives to take any steps in respect of the Premises Licence or the Designated Premises Supervisor.
