Want to get back on track with your fitness following the summer holidays?  Try track walking.

Stratford-on-Avon District Council's Active Community Officers organise weekly Track Walking sessions, where you can bring the family, friends or meet new people at the Athletic Track, Stratford High School every Wednesday.

Track walking is aimed at any ability, any speed, for as long as you like between 5.30pm and 7pm, and it's absolutely FREE.

Serious walkers can take this opportunity to train or if you fancy a social date with friends for a chat, take advantage of this safe, friendly and well-lit evening facility while taking the evening air.

The next session is on Wednesday 8 September - come along and join in.
