Over 50 Members of Stratford-on-Avon District Council's Walk for Health Groups* across the District will be enjoying a winter walk in the beautiful Warwickshire countryside next week; the biggest walk ever to be organised by the District Council's Active Communities Team.

On Wednesday 8 December Walk for Health group members will go for a Christmas Walk with the jolly fellow himself, Father Christmas leaving at 2pm from Studley Castle.  The walk will be around one and a half hours followed by high tea at the castle.

*The 'Set the Pace' Walk for Health Groups in the District are in Stratford, Alcester, Studley, Wellesbourne, Southam, Bidford and Shipston all designed and delivering physical activity programmes specifically with those aged 45 or over in mind.
