An event on Saturday (12 February) at Studley Youth Centre will give people of all ages the chance to have their say on the future of activities for young people in the village.

Local partners have been working together to see how they can continue to provide positive activities for young people aged 13 to 19 in Studley, while taking into consideration the possibility of budget and service cuts within the public sector.

The aim is to ensure that the best use is made of the resources that will still be available for the benefit of young people and other residents of the village, by bringing partners together.

At the event on Saturday (12 February) at Studley Youth Centre, residents of any age will be asked what their views are on how that might be done, making the best use of the budgets and services that remain in the public, voluntary and community sector.

There will be a drop-in session for young people aged 13 to 19 from 12 noon to 2pm, and a drop-in session for residents of any age from 3pm to 4pm, where a variety of interactive opportunities will be available for people to express their views.  Drinks and snacks will be provided.
