Stratford-on-Avon District Council officials are closing the Tramway Bridge in Stratford-upon-Avon to install a new light feature.

The footbridge will be closed from Wednesday 16 March until Friday 18 March between 8am and 6pm each day in order to carry out the work safely and with minimum disruption.

Pedestrians are advised that they will need to use alternative routes either the footpath on the Clopton Bridge (nearest and upriver) or Lucy's Mill pedestrian Bridge (downriver with limited accessibility).

Stratford District Council would like to apologise for any disruption this may cause.
