Your Community Forum's next meeting is scheduled to take place at 7pm on Thursday 15 December at Wootton Wawen Village Hall, Alcester Road, B95 6AY where the main topic for discussion will be NHS Warwickshire's Annual Report – YOUR chance to have YOUR say and ask questions about Health Issues

Questions can be raised on the evening but to help give a comprehensive reply it would be helpful to raise them in advance, for more information or to ask a question, please call Lizzie Price on 01789 260133 or 07557 565782. Alternatively you can email: elizabethprice@warwickshire.gov.uk

Other items on the agenda include Hot Topics - YOUR chance to identify what the Forum should focus on over the coming year.

Come along, have your say, help shape the future of your community and enjoy a festive mince pie.

A local policing Safer Neighbourhoods Team surgery will also take place at 6.30pm, before the community forum meeting. Officers will provide feedback on the issues raised at earlier surgeries and residents will be able to hear the latest on policing in their local area.

There's also a chance to visit the 'market place' to find out how to 'Keep Warm and Well this Winter' and find information about 'Smoking Cessation' and 'Books on Prescription' and lots more.

Free transport to the meeting is available to anyone who doesn't have access to their own transport, doesn't like to go out alone at night or maybe has mobility problems.  Spaces are limited and must be booked in advance by Thursday 8 December. Please call on 01789 260133 or email stratford@warwickshire.gov.uk to arrange your pick up.
