Free Carers’ Information and Support Programme in Shipston

Question - Do you live in or around Shipston?

Question - Are you caring for a person who has recently been diagnosed with dementia?

Question - Would you like to meet with a small group of carers who are in similar situations?

If 'Yes', then you may like to join a support programme to be held on one morning a week over a six week period starting in the April.

The programme has been funded by NHS Warwickshire, Warwickshire County Council and Stratford-on-Avon District Council and is free of charge and will be informal and confidential.  Specialist speakers on a variety of themes will attend the meetings and there will be opportunity for you to raise questions and concerns. Transport may be available upon request.

Dates:          4, 11, 18, 25 April, 2 and 9 May

Time:           10am to 12noon
