Imogen Cross, aged 11 and a pupil from Shipston High School has won the Shipston/Stour Community Forum Dog Fouling Poster Competition.

Stratford-on-Avon District Council's Dog Warden, along with a representative from Warwickshire County Council and the Clerk from Shipston Town Council, will be going along to the school on Monday 10 June to present Imogen with her prizes which include a £10 book token and a laminated copy of the poster.

The poster will be printed and distributed in and around the School as well as the locality of Shipston/Stour.

Imogen will also be invited to the Community Forum meeting at Tysoe Primary School on the 11 June where the Chair of the Forum, Cllr Mike Brain and the Dog Warden will present her with a framed certificate and copy of her winning poster.

All the other pupils that took part in the poster competition will also be presented with gingerbreadmen/dogs, courtesy of the local bakers in Shipston.

The winning design is based on a football theme – saying no 'fouling' with a dog pictured alongside a football.
