Voting begins on Thursday 28 November, in The Big Vote to help set the Police priorities for the next three months in the run up to the next Arden Community Forum.  Make sure you cast your vote at www.warwickshire.police.uk/AlcesterN_BigVote by Wednesday 11 December.

The next forum takes place at 7pm on Thursday 12 December at Wootton Wawen Village Hall, Alcester Road, Wootton Wawen, B95 6AY.

The Main topic on the agenda is β€œAn Alternative Guide to the New NHS – How does this impact on Healthcare in your area?" with a panel of key people from Public Health, Healthwatch, NHS Arden Commissioning Support and Patient Participation Groups to answer questions.

A local policing Safer Neighbourhoods Team surgery will also take place at 6.30pm, before the community forum meeting. Officers will provide feedback on the issues raised at earlier surgeries and residents will be able to hear the latest on policing in their local area.

Come along and enjoy a festive mince pie.

If you are not able to come along on the night – pop into Studley Village Hall on Monday 9 December from 9.30am to 2.30pm and visit the 'mini roadshow'

The Arden Community Forum includes the Parishes of: Beaudesert, Henley-in-Arden, Tanworth-in-Arden, Ullenhall, Wootton Wawen, Coughton, Mappleborough Greeen, Morton Bagot, Oldberrow, Sambourne, Spernall, Studley, Bearley, Claverdon, Langley, Preston Bagot, Snitterfield and Wolverton.

Community Forums are an interactive event enabling residents to learn about issues big and small affecting their area, get answers to questions and influence local decision-making. Anyone with a question about a local issue can go along and put it to officers from a range of organisations.

Community Forums are part of a countywide initiative involving Warwickshire County Council, District and Borough Councils, NHS Warwickshire, Warwickshire Police and Warwickshire Together partners.  There are 30 forums across Warwickshire, which bring together elected representatives across all tiers of local government - County, District and Borough and Parish, together with a range of other community representatives.
