Stratford-on-Avon District Council has teamed up with the Coventry & Warwickshire Chamber of Commerce to offer support to new business entrepreneurs in the form of FREE half-day business start-up workshops.
The workshops are designed to help entrepreneurs within the Stratford District convert their ideas into reality and are relevant to anybody wanting to start their own business, whatever its type or size.
The Stratford-based workshops begin in April and will cover all aspects of starting a new business from personal skills, financial commitments and legal issues to business plans and business structure. Participants will also have the opportunity to see an experienced and qualified business advisor for one to one support throughout their start up journey.
Councillor Maurice Howse, Portfolio Holder for Enterprise Housing & Revenues said: “We are delighted to be able to provide support for new businesses by working with the Chamber of Commerce. New business start ups are fundamental to the wider economy and growth for the District. We hope that as many new businesses entrepreneurs as possible will take advantage of attending one of these free workshops to help them on their way to a successful and sustainable business."
