Stratford-on-Avon District Council has successfully prosecuted Mr David Wise of Priors Meadow, Southam of ten offences at Nuneaton Magistrates Court on Tuesday 8 April.
The offences relate to his private hire firm, Premier Cars based in Southam which he had operated without a private hire operator's licence and used unlicensed drivers and uninsured vehicles for private hire work.
Also convicted on the same day were Mrs Joyce Wise, Mr Wise's mother and Mr Simon Jones. They had been working for Mr Wise by driving a vehicle he owned privately and another vehicle without insurance or the appropriate licences.
Mrs Wise and Mr Jones received 6 points on their licence each and fines of approximately £450 each.
Mr Wise's sentencing was passed up to be dealt with by Leamington Spa Crown Court on 6 May 2014.
Mr Wise has already had his Dual Drivers Licence, his Private Hire Operator's Licence and two Private Hire Vehicle Licences revoked at an earlier hearing of the District Council's Licensing Panel in March.
