A hearing starts next week on Monday 10 November following an appeal by Mr R Vaudry.

The hearing relates to a planning application for the development at The Moat House in Dorsington under planning application 14/00990/FUL

Stratford-on-Avon District Council has refused the application on the following grounds:

  • Noise disturbance causing unreasonable harm to local residents and the character of the Dorsington conservation area.

The hearing, expected to last for one day, will be held at The Town Hall, Sheep Street, Stratford-upon-Avon, CV37 6EF starting at 10am.  A Government Planning Inspector will preside over the hearing.

Members of the public may attend the inquiry and express their view – at the discretion of the inspector.

Planning Inspectorate Reference: APP/J3720/A/14/2223204.

Planning hearings are an effective way of presenting planning arguments to an inspector in person, without the more formal atmosphere of an inquiry
