Notice in accordance with Regulation 24 of the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2011

Site: The Elms, Plough Lane, Bishops Itchington, Southam, CV47 2QG

Proposed: Construction and 25 year operation of a solar farm (approximately 10.388 MWp on 29 ha of land) and associated infrastructure including 1 x transfer station, 1 x collecting station, 4 x double inverter platforms, 2 x energy storage containers, 2 x storage containers, pole mounted CCTV cameras, 2m high security fencing and temporary construction compound and access track, for connection to the local electricity distribution network and ecological and landscape enhancement measures.

In accordance with Regulation 24 of the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2011, Stratford on Avon District Council hereby gives Notice of the following:-

(a)  Planning permission has been granted on 27 November 2014 for the proposed development. A copy of the Notice of Decision including associated conditions can be viewed on the Council's website within the planning application file.

(b)   The reasons for granting permission and the considerations on which the decision is based are contained within the Report to Planning Committee East on 26 November 2014.  The Report can be viewed on the Council's website within the planning application file.

(c)  Information submitted with the planning application is available to view, contained within the planning application file on the Council's website.
