Have Your Say Day 11th March

NHS South Warwickshire Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) would like to invite you to Have Your Say Day, Wednesday 11 March, for your chance to have your say on health and care services in the area.

The CCG will be holding two interactive events, one in Stratford-upon-Avon and one in Leamington Spa, that will provide people with the chance to voice their views, opinions and experiences of the health and care system. Through the events, the CCG is aiming to get a real understanding of how local people feel about health and care services and in order to make improvements to local services.

At both events representatives from local health commissioners, Public Health Warwickshire and Warwickshire County Council will be on hand to explain how the health and care system works and encourage interactive discussions and activities.

The morning event will take place in Stratford-upon-Avon Town Hall, Sheep Street, CV37 6EF from 9.30am to 12.30pm. Lunch will be provided.

To help make the day accessible for as many people as possible, there will also be an event taking place in the evening.

The evening event will be held in Leamington Spa in the Main Hall in the Dormer Parish Conference Centre at St Peter's Church, 3A Dormer Place, Leamington Spa, CV32 5AA from 6pm – 9pm. Refreshments will be provided.
