Leaflet sent to Tiddington residents and businesses from The Rosconn Group

Residents and businesses in Tiddington may have received a glossy leaflet from The Rosconn Group, a housing developer, entitled 'Residential Development in Tiddington - Neighbourhood Plan Consultation'. 

Stratford-on-Avon District and Stratford-upon-Avon Town Councils would like to clarify that this piece of literature is not from or endorsed by either Council and does not form part of the proposed Neighbourhood Development Plan currently out for pre-submission consultation. 

In the leaflet The Rosconn Group have stated that public open space would be adopted by the Town or County Council and would not be managed by a private company.  This is not correct.  The Town Council may choose to take on the management of the open space, but if not, it would have to be managed by a private company as the County Council does not manage any open spaces.
