Families in Studley and the surrounding area are being encouraged to join a new Change Makers family lifestyle programme.
The nine-week course is available free to families in this area with children aged between 4 and 13 years old, who would like support in making healthy lifestyle changes.
Each course provides healthy eating advice and active games for the whole family to enjoy, plus free food tasters and giveaways to help participants stick to their new healthy habits. Covering topics like healthy lunchboxes, shopping on a budget, and much more, the Change Makers experts are hoping Studley families will become happier and healthier.
The course will take place at Studley Leisure Centre, Pool Road, Studley and starts on Monday 5 October from 4.30pm to 6pm.

The programme is run by Rugby Borough Council and funded by Public Health Warwickshire, afterthe council secured a two-year contract, worth £320,000, to roll out Change Makers across Warwickshire.
Change Makers aims to be both fun and informative, helping families adopt a healthy lifestyle by improving diets and increasing exercise. The programme has run successfully in Rugby for four years, offering families the chance to try new, nutritional recipes and take part in different sports, such as indoor hockey and tennis.
Rugby Borough Council manage the nine-week programme, with family lifestyle advisors based across Warwickshire to co-ordinate the countywide roll out in Rugby Borough, Stratford District, North Warwickshire Borough, Warwick District, Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough.
Change Makers forms part of Public Health Warwickshire's Fitter Futures programme.
