The Informal Hearing scheduled to take place on Tuesday 26 January at 10am for land fronting Alcester Road, Stratford-upon-Avon at the offices of the District Council has been cancelled.
The appeal by Taylor Wimpey Midlands was for 68 dwellings incorporating vehicular access from Alcester Road.
The Informal Hearing has been cancelled because the appeal is to be held in a period of 2 months abeyance.
