The Informal Hearing scheduled to take place tomorrow, Wednesday 20 January at 10am for Knightcote Road, Bishops Itchington at Ettington Community Centre has been cancelled.
The appeal by Gladman Developments was for outline planning permission for a residential development for 84 dwellings under planning application reference 14/03419/OUT.
The Informal Hearing has been cancelled and the appeal will now proceed by way of a Public Inquiry. Further details of the Public Inquiry will follow once the date and timetable for the Inquiry is known.
