Strider Bike Challenge for toddlers, world class elite cycling when the competitors cross the finish line in Stratford on Thursday 16th June.
The final countdown.
With less than a fortnight until the big event details of what families can expect in their area on their have been released.
If you are along the route through Stratford-on-Avon district on the day you can watch the race first hand at these locations at these times:
There will be an area on Waterside near Bancroft Gardens reserved for some special events:
What's happening on the finishing straight.
11.30am – 12noon
Primary Schools Grasstrack cyclists riding on the finish straight then being presented with medals .
12.00 – 12.45pm
There will be an event running for toddlers – the 'Strider Bike Challenge'.
Children aged 18 months to 5 years can enter. All riders get medals and a great photo opportunity on the podium.
Then stay to watch the professionals finish for a truly inspiring day.
The event is FREE but limited so riders must be pre-registered. Please indicate if you need to borrow a bike / helmet as numbers are limited number to borrow.
There will also be plenty of spectator areas to cheer on the cyclists as they race through.
